Set below a ridge of natural bushland and tucked away at the end of a gravel road, Arimia offers an exceptional quality dining experience in a superb setting that encapsulates the Margaret River region and offers an experience like few others.

Currently the food served in our restaurant, including the pork, trout, eggs, honey, most vegetables, and of course the grapes for the wines, is grown on the farm using certified organic and biodynamic principles, or sourced from local ethical and sustainable suppliers.

Today you will dine on a 5-course set-menu lunch, with each course accompanied by one of our finest wines. The menu is regularly changing to reflect the produce available throughout the year so we cannot provide you with a full menu but you will be treated to the freshest ingredients and tastes to delight your palate.

Arimia was awarded its first Chef Hat, plus was a Regional Restaurant of the Year 2020 Finalist. Head Chef Evan Hayter's food is an extension of the Arimia story, and in eating it you become part of our mission to give back to thsi land that gives so much to us.

About Arimia:

At Arimia, we see ourselves as farmers first and feel we have a responsibility to care for this exceptionally beautiful piece of land and we are pleased to welcome anyone who would like to learn a little about how we produce our food and grow our grapes for the wines we produce.

Since the start, Arimia has operated entirely off the power grid, supplying our own water, producing minimal waste, and using organic and boidynamic principles to farm the land. The driver isn’t the wine or food itself but the positive impact the farm has on place through the production of wine and food. The restaurant and cellar door are a celebration of place: from the bottled wine and olive oil to the pork and trout dished up on the deck.

Arimia is a 56ha property spanning both sides of Quininup Road in the Wilyabrup sub-region of Margaret River, just 2km from the Indian Ocean. The Estate is now a sustainably managed and organically certified mixed farm, with 8.4ha of vineyard, 2ha of olive grove, 1,000sqm of vegetable gardens, pigs, sheep and trout. This is the Arimia from which award-winning wines and head chef Evan Hayter’s cutting edge food comes.

Please note:
- Arimia Restaurant is open from 11am to 4pm. Table bookings are automatically for seating at 12pm. If you should wish to change the seating time please advise us at time of booking. Latest seating is 2:00pm.
- Arimia can cater for some dietary requirements (such as vegetarian) but we must be notified at the time of booking.
- Bookings of up to 6 people can be booked automatically online. For larger groups please contact us directly to enquire if we can assist or make special arrangements for you.
