Guests travel in comfort in a Mercedes-Benz Valente and enjoy the freedom to explore the places that interest them most – from world-class wineries and coastal lookouts to farm gates, breweries, art galleries, or gourmet lunch spots.

The day begins with a 10am pick-up from accommodation and wraps up around 4pm with a drop-off back at the door. Guests set the pace, with safe, friendly, and reliable transport provided throughout. For those who prefer, itinerary planning and booking management can also be arranged.

Whether it’s a special celebration or simply a chance to explore without the hassle of driving, this experience offers an easy and great value way to enjoy Margaret River, your way.

The rate covers private transportation and itinerary planning only. Tasting fees, attraction entry tickets, and any food or beverage purchases are not included and are payable directly to the service providers by guests.

Additional notes:

Pick-up and drop-off: Our standard hours are 10am to 4pm, but we’re happy to adjust this ahead of time to better suit your schedule (for example, 11am to 5pm)

A fee of $45 applies for every additional 30 minutes beyond the 6 hours

Pick-ups located more than 45km from Margaret River Township incurs an additional fee - please contact us directly for a quote

Payment policy:

Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation

Cancellation policy:

Low/Should Season (MAY to NOVEMBER)

Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance to receive a full refund of your deposit minus 3% booking fee

Bookings cancelled within 72 hours of the scheduled tour will forfeit the deposit

Peak Season (DECEMBER to APRIL)

Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance to receive a full refund of your deposit minus 3% booking fee

Bookings cancelled within 7 days of the scheduled tour will forfeit the deposit
